RADER ARRAIGNED IN MUNICIPAL COURT
Bond was set at $20,000 for a Napoleon man arrested Tuesday in Henry County in connection with a stolen vehicle. 30 year old William Rader of Napoleon was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on felony charges of Theft and Failure to Comply with an order by law enforcement. Rader is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on October 28th.
35 year old Jason Brown of Grelton pled guilty to a misdemeanor count of Receiving Stolen Property. Brown was ordered to pay a fine of $250, and to spend 90 days at the regional jail.
In Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 35 year old Frank Cova-rubias of Archbold was sentenced to three years of community control, after his conviction on a felony charge of Trafficking in Cocaine. The charge also includes a specification that the sale took place near a juvenile. Cova-rubias was ordered to serve 22 days in jail, with credit for 22 days already served. And he must stay out of bars, and abide by a curfew. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with occupational privileges.
And 37 year old Donta McQuillen of Wauseon pled guilty to Permitting Drug Abuse. McQuillen was placed on community control for two years, and to abide by a curfew. His vehicle was forfeited, and his driver’s license was suspend 6 months, with occupational privileges.
