PATRICK HENRY VOTERS TO CONSIDER REPLACEMENT LEVY FOR CONSTRUCTION

The Patrick Henry school board has proposed a replacement levy for their district, which would generate funds to expand their current facilities at the middle-school  high-school location.   But this expansion would also allow the district to close two aging structures; and provide a better learning environment for students, with more computer potential.

A move to bring all students to one campus would eliminate 5 shuttle bus routes-another cost savings. And it would allow all students to begin school at about the same time, rather than the current staggered schedule which takes class-time away from younger children.
