The fall figures for Napoleon Area Schools indicate they pull-in 87 students from other districts, with the majority coming from Patrick Henry. But Napoleon also loses 216 students to other districts in the area, including 57 that attend
Archbold is another district that loses more students than they gain. 72 students entered Archbold this fall; while another 96 left for other districts. The majority attend Pettisville.
And when it comes to gaining students through open enrollment; nobody does it better than Pettisville Local Schools. They lost 33 students to open enrollment; but gained a record 189 students from other districts. That means Pettisville takes-in a whopping $889,200 in state revenue this year, that follows those students.
