Mayor Max Fetterman reported to council, that the Henry County Regional Water and Sewer district would be responsible for funding of Napoleon’s new water treatment plant, with the city of Napoleon running the daily operation. And Liberty Center Council was informed that Sydney Davis would be helping with duties at the park for the recreation department.
