HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 15

 

The Henry County Grand Jury has indicted 15 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney John Hanna.

Those indictments include 57 year old Daniel Gonzales of Napoleon-charged with felony counts of Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition.

            63 year old Robert Robertson of Liberty Center was indicted on ten counts of Gross Sexual Imposition.

36 year old Dennis Bailey of McClure was indicted on felony counts of Voyeurism, and two counts of Breaking and Entering.

                        19 year old Chance Roberts of Napoleon was indicted for Illegal use of a minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance.

                                    Theft indictments were filed against 44 year old Kelley Miller, 25 year old Jessica Rivera,  and 25 year old Angel Cranston-all of Napoleon; along with 54 year old Stewart Smith and 60 year old Ricky Layson-both of Toledo.

Other Henry County Grand Jury indictments include:   23 year old Felicia Sweeten of Liberty Center was indicted for Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.

40 year old Victor Guerrero of Napoleon was indicted for Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drugs.

30 year old Joshua Damron of Napoleon was indicted for Possession of Drugs.

37 year old Jeffrey Keehn of McClure was indicted on two counts of Breaking and Entering.

And 18 year old Valentin Arreguin of Fayette was indicted for Trafficking in Marijuana.
