Several subjects are headed to prison, following sentencing hearings in Henry County Common Pleas Court recently.  30 year old Michael Schwan of Liberty Center pled guilty to Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs.   Schwan was sentenced to 5 years in prison for that drug offense.

20 year old Derek Guerra of Holgate was found guilty of violating terms of community control, after a conviction for Assault, and Aggravated Riot.   The court imposed the original sentence for Guerra, which is 18 months in prison.

And 49 year old William Davis of Toledo pled guilty to Forgery.  Davis was sentenced to 10 months in prison, and to pay restitution.

                        29 year old Michelle Cremar of Weston pled guilty to Theft; and was placed on community control for two years.  Cremar must spend 90 days on electronic monitoring, and to pay restitution.

                                    49 year old Robert Montgomery of Deshler was found guilty of Attempted Illegal Assembly or Possesion of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs.

In another case from Henry County Common Pleas court, 59 year old Daniel Gonzales of Napoleon pled not-guilty to felony charges of Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition.  Gonzales is being held on a cash bond of $150,000, and will face a jury trial on November 18th.

And a jury trial has been set for December 16th for 55 year old Maurice Peddicord of Napoleon.  Peddicord is facing a felony charge of Gross Sexual Imposition, allegedly involving a victim under 13 years of age.
