The Henry County Commissioners have signed a memorandum of understanding concerning employees of the regional water and sewer district. This agreement means the two employees, Chris Diem (deem) and Kim Stouffer, who are also HenryCounty employees, will be paid through the commissioners office.
A second public hearing on a block grant request will be held next Tuesday, concerning Napoleon’s request for funding in the ‘critical infrastructure state fund’. Napoleon is seeking money for their improvements on Union Street, in a $280,000 grant request.
The Henry County Commissioners went into executive session twice on Thursday, once to talk about security at the OakwoodPlaza, and other for possible discipline of an employee. No action was taken after either session.
And the HenryCounty board reviewed their insurance coverage through the county risk-sharing authority, adding coverage for cyber liability.
