The Henry County Sheriff’s office and Drug Enforcement Administration are joining forces this Saturday in the 7th ‘drug take-back’ day.  Residents are invited to scour their medicine cabinets for out-dated, un-used and un-wanted prescription medications.   Those medicines should be dropped off at the Henry County Sheriff’s office on East Washington Street in Napoleon from 10am till 2pm this Saturday, October 26th.

Last April, Americans turned-in 371 tons of prescription drugs, at over 5,800 sites around the country.  Medicines that languish in home cabinets are highly susceptible to theft, mis-use, and abuse.

The drug take-back program is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
