AUCTION OF BUILDINGS IN DT NAPOLEON

A total of five storefronts in downtown Napoleon, owned by the Reese family, went up for auction on Tuesday.   All five parcels sold to Rod Derrow of Defiance, at a price of $40,000.    Derrow, who also owns a number of stores in Defiance reports he has no immediate plans for the storefronts at this point; but will be working to paint them, and make any renovations necessary.     They should be available to rent in the near future.
