ARCHBOLD MAN SENTENCED FOR THEFT IN FULTON COUNTY
An Archbold teen was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court last week on a theft conviction. 18 year old Logan Brooks of Archbold pled guilty to Theft; and was placed on community control for two years. Brooks must stay away from alcohol, and abide by a curfew, or a 7 month prison term could be imposed.
And 36 year old Todd Gerig of West Unity was found guilty of Attempted Delayed Price Agreement, in connection with crimes committed at the Archbold Elevator. Judge James Barber ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case.
The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 7 persons recently, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. 29 year old Jeffery Smith, and 20 year old Gordan Lockhart, Jr.- both of Defiance, were indicted on felony charges of Robbery.
31 year old Antonio Ybarra of Defiance was indicted for Gross Sexual Imposition. Authorities allege Ybarra had sexual contact with a victim under 13 years of age.
And 53 year old Dannett Carlisle of Defiance was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
